ENLISTMENT FOR HAJJ 2027 (1448 AH)

Terms & Conditions for Enlistment

1. Limited Hajj Quota allocated by MORA.
2. Hajj applications will be confirmed by us only on First Come First Served Basis.
3. Final booking will be made on receipt of 50% amount of selected package cost and balance before 15 Nov 2026 (As per instructions of MORA).
4. Package costs mentioned here are calculated on current exchange rate of 1 SAR = PKR 75, the prevailing exchange rate will be applied on SAR costs on the day actual payment is made by Haji.
5. Cost for Mina & Arafat Category A services are included in the package as per 2026 rates, if substantial increase is announced by KSA for 2027, that will be charged separately.
6. Package costs with air ticket include Economy Class return air-ticket KHI-MED-JED-KHI (on any available carrier operating during Hajj). Difference in air-ticket cost for hajis traveling from Lahore or Islamabad, will be charged separately.

8. MAKKAH Stay (Azizia Area) : Hotel Double Palm
9. Package includes (Double/ Triple/ Quad) room accommodation with full board in Medinah and full board in Azizia.
10. In Mina Camp, services of Category A will be provided with air-conditioned tents separate for ladies and gents . In one tent of 4x4 meter 16 Hajis will be accommodated, normally 2 tents are merged, so it becomes one tent for 32 Hajis accordingly (as per instructions of Saudi Hajj Ministry).
11. In Arafat Camp, service of Category A, one air-conditioned marquee split in two sections for ladies and gents, inter connected with sound system for dua and prayers. Average 150 hujjaj to be accommodated in one section.
12. Additional private wash-rooms in Mina and Arafat camps.
13. All meals will be served in Medinah and Makkah in buffet arrangement and meal box in Muzdalifah.
14. Air-conditioned transport with built-in washroom facility will be provided on Group movements for Mina and Arafat.
15. One way 24 hrs SUV shuttle service will be provided from Hotel Double Palm (Azizia) to Haram till 7 Z'Hijjah, then after Isha prayers on 12 Z'Hajj till 14 Z'Hajj.
16. Qurbani is included in the package, (Adahi Project, Saudi Govt slaughter house).
17. Individual hujjaj will be accommodated in Double or Triple beds room sharing.
18. Official Hajj Form of MORA, Govt of Pakistan will be completed and signed by hujjaj at a later date.
19. Our Hajj operation is organized by a consortium of four companies, under AL ALEEM MUNAZZAM.

20. On various occasions, during 5 Days of Hajj, in Mina long distance walk by hujjaj should be kept in mind. KSA authorities restrict transport on various routes, thus only option is to walk to the destination, this is beyond group organizer's control.
21. Hujjaj have to follow all rules and instructions of MORA (Govt of Pakistan) and Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia.
22. All packages are approved by MORA, Govt of Pakistan for year 2027.
23. As per MORA regulations, a detail Hajj agreement will be signed by the Haji and that must be carried on Hajj.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

AIRLINE TICKET ARRANGED BY HAJI New instructions for Hajj 2027 by MOH Saudi Arabia, if haji buys his own airline ticket his PNR has to be tagged with Hajj Visa, if not done arrival info of haji will not be available in NUSUK Masar system of KSA and boarding card may not be issued. All responsibilities will be on haji and not on the hajj operator.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL BEFORE VISA ISSUANCE (BEFORE 10 JAN 2027) If a pilgrim withdraws before issuance of the Hajj visa, and an eligible substitute pilgrim is available and substitution is permitted by the competent authorities, the substitution may be processed subject to applicable rules, deadlines, documentation, and approval. Any refund or adjustment shall be made after deduction of all applicable charges and other non-refundable amounts already paid or committed.

SUBSTITUTION AFTER VISA ISSUANCE Where substitution is permitted by the relevant authorities, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the applicable rules and the decision of the competent authorities. Any non-refundable amounts i,e hajj visa fee, airline ticket cost etc paid or committed shall be deducted accordingly.

WITHDRAWAL AFTER VISA ISSUANCE If a pilgrim is unable to proceed with the Hajj journey and withdraws after issuance of the Hajj visa, and substitution is not permitted by the relevant authorities, the allocated seat shall be deemed forfeited and the package amount paid shall be non-refundable

VISA REJECTION / NON-ISSUANCE If the Hajj visa is rejected or is not issued by the Saudi authorities, any refund shall be limited strictly to the actual amount recoverable from the relevant authorities and/or service providers. The First Party shall not be liable for any amount that is non-refundable or not recoverable due to the decision, policy, regulation, or action of the competent authorities or service providers.
