HUJJAJ ENLISTMENT FORM - 2025

Terms & Conditions for Tentative Enlistment

Limited Hajj Quota for 2025 will be allocated by MORA in coming days after the announcement of Hajj 2025 policy by GOP. Thereafter, your Hajj applications will be confirmed by us only on First Come First Served Basis.

• Both packages include (Double/ Triple/ Quad) sharing accommodation with full board (three meals) in Medinah and Makkah.
• Package customization for Double / Triple or Quad Sharing in Azizia and Medina is strictly subject to space availability and on first come first served basis. The Haji agrees to pay the additional charges as per his own Package Customization.
• In Mina , services of Category A Maktab will be provided with air-conditioned tents separate for ladies and gents as per Hajj Moalim of Saudi Arabia. In one tent of 4x4 meter 16 Hajis will be accommodated but generally Moalim merge 2 tents, so it becomes one big tent for 32 Hajis accordingly.
• In Arafat - One AC marquee split in two sections for ladies and gents. Average 150 hujjaj to be accommodated in one section.
• Air-conditioned transport will be provided on Group movements throughout the package period.
• If private transport or train booking is required for Makkah to Medinah/ Medinah to Makkah or Makkah to Jeddah travel, hujjaj will bear the additional cost occurred.
• One way 24 hrs shuttle transport service will be provided from Cent Azizia Hotel (Makkah-Azizia) to Haram till 7 Z’Hijjah. It will drop hajis at the nearest possible point of Haram, as per Saudi Taleemat.
• Hujjaj travelling alone (single persons) will be accommodated in Double or Triple beds in a room. (Quad sharing will be preferred only for families).
• MAKKAH Stay at: Aziziah area, CENT AZIZIA HOTEL.
• MEDINAH Stay at: NEW MEDINAH HOTEL (Ex Movenpick) - Four star hotel as per KSA standards / ratings
• Formal Hajj agreement and Official Hajj Form will be completed and signed by hujjaj at a later date.
• Our Hajj Operations organized and handled via a consortium of three companies:

1. Airguide Hajj & Umrah Pvt Limited

2. Qafila Baitullah Pvt Limited

3. Al Safa Pvt Limited.

• Above three are registered companies and hold all required permissions and licence from Govt. Of Pakistan for Hajj Group operations.
• Wheelchair Handlers availability is subject to approval from KSA authorities. If approved and available, Handler charges are separate and not part of the package. Handlers request can not be accommodated at short notice. Handlers are available only in Makkah (for 5 Days of Hajj) and not in Medinah. Haji has to carry their own wheel chair.
• On various occasions, during 5 Days of Hajj, in Mina long distance walk by hujjaj should be kept in mind. KSA authorities restrict transport on various routes, thus only option is to walk to the destination, this is beyond group organizer’s control.
• On Hajj 2025, expected weather is very hot apx 45-50 C.
• Tentative booking will be made on receipt of US$ 2500 (adjustable in final payment). Final confirmation will only be made on receipt of full payment when GOP Hajj forms are available for submission after the announcement of GOP Hajj 2025 Policy. Hajj payment will be non-refundable once Hajj Application Form is submitted to Ministry of Religious Affairs, GOP. Any additional fee or taxes imposed by KSA will be payable by the Haji.
• Group and Hujjaj have to follow / comply with Saudi Taleemat of KSA. All packages are subject to the Hajj Policy of Govt of Pakistan for year 2025. Entire Hajj Operations is subject to the policy of GOP as well as KSA. As per MORA regulations, a detail Hajj agreement will be signed by the Haji and that must be carried on Hajj .

Submission of this form is only for tentative enlistment and in no manner shall be deemed as confirmation on part of group operator, unless official Hajj forms are filled and submitted by the applicant alongwith full payment.
